LevelX froze for 30 mins on an existing chat

But it worked OK with a new chat.
After 30 mins I tried again, and it responded to the old chat too.

This has been fixed until further notice.

I investigated and it seems it could have been due to this:
RateLimitError: 429 Rate limit reached for gpt-4 in organization org-cDOh57KrEcdoLAUqIuEM44AO on tokens per min (TPM): Limit 10000, Used 5884, Requested 8828. Please try again in 28.272s. Visit https://platform.openai.com/account/rate-limits to learn more.

It seems we can only do about 7500 words per minute.

I will keep an eye out for this
