Remove horizontal scrolling of the chat window

I think it's faster and simpler to use if the scrolling is limited to vertical orientation.
Otherwise you have to both, which for me at least, is harder to process.

This has been resolved. Now there will only be scrolling on code blocks that overflow

This is an issue when Markdown code blocks are used.
