While only the sparring partner mode is active, the text doesn't make so much sense.
We could change from "Welcome to LevelX. Let's start by diagnosing your challenges, pinpointing opportunities, and crafting a precise problem statement." to something like:
"Welcome to LevelX. Our mission is to navigate you through your organisational transformation. Let's explore your current situation, uncover hidden opportunities, and design a strategic path forward."
