Copy all text from all sections

I want to copy the text from different sections to transfer it into a PPT, because thats not possible within navar yet, but I can't scroll down to copy everything at the same time, I have to copy each section seperately. I kind of just want the same that I can do with "export to PDF" choosing the sections but the same for PPT, would be perfect.
