Copy ChatGPT's behaviour that bypasses LLM scrolling when you swipe up

As the LLM response rolls out, LevelX doesn't let you scroll up to see the earlier conversation, until the LLM has finished.
With CGPT, if you scroll up while the LLM is outputting, it puts the screen back in the users control, so thay can go up, down again, as they please.
